Accurate indication of the start and good guidance onto the track. A predominantly ground-scenting dog initially wonders about passing cars and inspects the gallery, then makes a couple of small loops, after which tracking proceeds accurately along the trail at a suitable pace.
At the 1st corner, a check of the area ahead and a return to indicate the bed. Section 2 is fine work, but at the 2nd corner the dog continues straight ahead, resulting in the 1st loss. A restart from the corner and goes well for half the section. Then the wind brings something irresistible, which is followed to a 2nd loss. Restarted and good work to the hide, which the dog stayed to investigate.
A capable first-timer, confidence will come with experience.
